Michael was and still is your typical mud covered, tree climbing, frog and snake catching kid. Born an raised in the wooded suburbs of Minneapolis, Michael has always had a passion for all creatures on God’s green planet. With his ever present companion, his boxer, Bogart, he takes every chance he can to get up to his family’s log cabin in northern Minnesota. Long summer and short winter days spent hnting, fishing, hiking, sketching, and simply enjoying nature’s beauty define him personally and artistically.

A graduate from Ringling College of Art and Design. Michael strives to provide his patrons with exclusive, individual pieces of art through his stylized illustration and design technique.
